DONDEL Product Upgrade — Fuel Cell Hydrogen Circulation Pump DQ60 II
The product launched this time is the upgraded version of the Fuel Cell Hydrogen Circulation Pump DQ60 — the DQ60 II. Both the motor and pump head have been upgraded, making it suitable for fuel cell systems with power ratings between 90 and 150 kW. Compared with the previous model, the DQ60 II has lower pressure sensitivity and higher flow rates in the high-pressure range, resulting in improved volumetric efficiency. Its power consumption is also reduced by up to 45% under the same operating conditions. The rotor has been optimized for higher durability and longer service life. The manufacturing and assembly processes have been refined to ensure greater product consistency. The optimized rotor design further enhances the lifespan of key components such as bearings.

DONDEL has launched two new products — the High-Pressure Liquid Hydrogen Plunger Pump and the Fuel Cell Hydrogen Common Rail System DG56
The high-pressure liquid hydrogen plunger pump has successfully completed real-medium testing, with the highest liquid delivery pressure reaching 50 MPa. The continuous operation of the entire liquid hydrogen pump system was verified at a flow rate of 600 liters per hour, filling the domestic gap in the high-pressure liquid hydrogen field.

DONDEL participated in the Hydrogen Technology EUROPE EXPO
The 2022 Bremen Hydrogen Technology Expo was held as scheduled in Bremen, Germany, from 19 to 20 October. This event is one of the world’s leading trade fairs for hydrogen energy equipment, with exhibits covering the entire hydrogen value chain, from hydrogen production and storage to the application in hydrogen-powered vehicles. A total of 250 exhibitors participated in the fair.

Dongde Industrial Hydrogen Circulation Pump Helps Chengdu Put 19 Hydrogen Vehicles into Operation
Recently, 19 hydrogen energy buses equipped with Dongfang Hydrogen Energy's new generation VM60 hydrogen fuel cell engine were officially put into operation on the D705 customized bus line in Chengdu. Among them, the hydrogen circulation pumps are all from Yantai Dongde Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dongde Industrial).
