The high-pressure liquid hydrogen plunger pump has successfully completed real-medium testing, with the highest liquid delivery pressure reaching 50 MPa. The continuous operation of the entire liquid hydrogen pump system was verified at a flow rate of 600 liters per hour, filling the domestic gap in the high-pressure liquid hydrogen field.

The high-pressure liquid hydrogen pump is a key piece of equipment for liquid hydrogen storage and refueling stations. The new product provides strong technical support for the development of liquid hydrogen storage, supply, and refueling, and has established a technical route from liquid hydrogen storage, pumping, vaporization to high-pressure injection.

The company has launched its second-generation hydrogen common rail system-DG56, which achieves a high degree of integration of hydrogen pump, ejector, water separator, proportional valve, drain valve, exhaust valve, and pressure sensor, and also integrates a hydrogen pump controller.

The DG56 hydrogen common rail system, with its highly integrated structure, is lighter and more compact, easier to control, and covers a wider power range. In low-power mode, the on-off valve and proportional valve are opened, and both the circulation pump and ejector operate simultaneously, with the circulation pump as the main component, capable of covering lower idle power. In high-power mode, the on-off valve and proportional valve are opened, with the ejector as the main component and the circulation pump as the auxiliary, saving electrical consumption. The system is more competitive in large-scale promotion.
