The DL35-3000 filling ion wave sealed compressor has an intake pressure of 1.6MPa, an exhaust pressure of 35MPa(G), a flow rate of 3000 standard cubic meters per hour, and a motor power of 560kW. The two compressors meet the current development trend of large-capacity hydrogen stations. Based on these two compressors, an ion wave sealed compressor unit has been developed, which consists of a drive system, PLC control system, cooling system, instrumentation system, ion wave sealing system, and process gas system. It adopts a modular integrated design, and the PLC control can monitor the operating status of the entire unit in real-time, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment. It is widely used in the filling and pressurization of large-capacity green gas, gray hydrogen, and blue hydrogen, as well as in natural gas pipeline transportation, and the synthesis of green ammonia and green alcohol.
