Technological Breakthrough in Extreme Cold Environments

The DZ20-1000 diaphragm compressor unit delivered by Hydrogen Energy of East Germany, with a flow rate of 1,000 Nm³/h, enables a single 23 m³ hydrogen storage trailer to be rapidly refueled in 2.5 hours, improving efficiency by 30% compared with conventional equipment. To address the extreme winter conditions in Gansu, where temperatures can drop as low as −20°C, the R&D team integrated an intelligent temperature-control module into the unit, ensuring stable operation of the diaphragm compressor in low-temperature environments.
